This retreat focuses on giving a variety of different healing experiences, and allowng time to heal and create ways they can integrate these tools into their own life. You can join as a group of women who already know each other, or just come and meet other amazing women.
This retreat includes Yoga for Mental Health classes designed to support emotional well-being in practical, approachable ways. You’ll learn tools and techniques that help regulate the nervous system, calm anxious thoughts, ease symptoms of depression, and reduce everyday stress. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, you’ll gain strategies you can use long after the retreat—whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, or simply wanting to feel more balanced and grounded in daily life.Â
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be immersed in a variety of healing experiences designed to support relaxation, awareness, and renewal. From sound healing sessions that help soothe the nervous system, to gentle Tai Chi for balance and flow, to guided mindfulness practices that deepen presence and clarity, each experience offers a different doorway into healing. Together, these modalities create a rich, supportive environment where you can explore what resonates most and discover practices that feel natural and sustainable in your own life.Â
This retreat is intentionally designed to give you space—space to slow down, to rest deeply, and to reconnect with yourself without distraction. Away from daily responsibilities and noise, you’ll have time to relax, heal, and rejuvenate in a supportive, peaceful setting. Just as importantly, you’ll be guided in reflecting on how to integrate what you’ve learned into your everyday life, so the renewal you experience here continues long after you return home.Â

Women of All levels are welcome! This retreat is focused on learning to adapt your yoga practice to fit different mental health needs. This could include someone new to yoga, yoga instructors, health professionals or anyone interested in deepening their yoga practice. Come join us!

Full refund 100% 6 months before retreat start date (minus the transaction fee), 50% refund up to 4 months prior to start date, 25% refund up to 2 months before. No refund within 2 months of retreat start date, but you are welcome to join a future retreat at a discounted price. We do not offer credit for early arrival or departure. We are not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellation of retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, weather cancelations, personal emergencies, COVID restrictions or other expenses associated with your trip. About: Dr. Holzer received her yoga certification in Rishikesh, India from Yogi Dinesh in 2016, where she specialized in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. She is trained in Ayurvedic Philosophy, a natural system of medicine, and adapts that into her practice. Dr. Holzer specialized in yoga for mental health at Stanford University, where she taught yoga and meditation classes since 2017.  She is certified in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for cancer survivors, and applied adaptive yoga. Dr. Holzer specializes in providing tools to help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and other areas of mental health.Â
