We offer group workshops to companies and their staff, where we discuss key elements of meditation, mindfulness and breathing exercises to help with stress management in the workplace. All classes take participants through exercises they can use in a work setting to help combat stress and provide tools to help in areas of mental health.

Stressed?  Research shows the importance of integrating meditation, mindfulness and breathing into your life to reduce stress.  Our classes give demonstrations on how to implement different techniques in reducing stress in your life. 

Exercises

We walk participants through exercises to help them experience meditation, mindfulness and breathing in reducing the body's reaction to stress. These tools can be implemented both in the workplace and at home.
